Grilled Jalapeno Turkey Burgers

A low carb recipe

Ingredients:

  1. 1-1/2 lbs. ground turkey
  2. 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  3. 2 tablespoons jalapeno peppers, chopped
  4. 1 clove garlic, minced
  5. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  7. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:

Lightly spray grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Form into six large patties.

Grill 6 minutes on each side or until meat is no longer pink in center.
