A low carb recipe
For Ham:
Heat skillet over medium high heat. Add butter and melt to coat bottom of skillet. Add ham steak; cook 3 minutes; turn and cook 2 minutes longer or until lightly browned on bottom. Remove ham; place on serving platter and keep warm.
For Gravy:
Increase heat to high in skillet. Add coffee, sugar and pepper sauce. Bring to a boil; continue boiling 2-3 minutes or until reduced to 1/4 cup liquid, scraping bottom and sides of skillet.
Spoon gravy over meat before serving.
