California Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

  1. 3 baked potatoes, cold, cut into spears
  2. 1/2 cup catalina dressing
  3. 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  4. 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
Directions:

Toss potato spears with dressing. Sprinkle each spear with garlic powder and parsley.

Place on cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 375 F. or until crispy.
