Turkey Pistachio Sandwich

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  2. 1/4 cup salted pistachio nuts, chopped
  3. 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  4. 4 lettuce leaves
  5. 8 slices whole wheat bread
  6. 8 ounces cooked turkey breast, sliced
Directions:

Combine yogurt, pistachio nuts and dill in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.

To serve, place 1 lettuce leaf on 1 bread slice; top with 2 ounces turkey and top with another bread slice. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
