Cream Cheese Clam Dip

Yield:
1-1/4 cups

Ingredients:

  1. 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
  2. 1 can (6.5 oz) clams, chopped and drained
  3. 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  4. 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  7. Crackers
  8. Raw vegetables:
  9. carrot sticks
  10. celery sticks
  11. bell pepper, sliced into strips
Directions:

In a blender or food processor, combine cream cheese, clams, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cover and process until smooth.

Serve with crackers and vegetables.
