Pacific Salmon Loaf

Yield:
Makes 6 to 8 servings

Ingredients:

  1. 1 can (16-ounce) salmon drained, flaked
  2. 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  3. 1/2 cup Kraft Real Mayonnaise
  4. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  5. 1/4 cup chopped celery
  6. 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  7. 1 egg, beaten
  8. 1 teaspoon salt
  9. Cucumber Sauce
  10. 1/2 cup Kraft Real Mayonnaise
  11. 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
  12. 1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
  13. 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  14. 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
Directions:

Combine ingredients except Cucumber Sauce; mix lightly. Shape into loaf in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 F. for 40 minutes.

Cucumber Sauce Recipe: Combine ingredients; mix well. Serve with baked Salmon Loaf.
