Homemade Horseradish Sauce

Yield:
1 cup

Ingredients:

  1. 6 tablespoons white wine vinegar or white vinegar
  2. 8 teaspoons water
  3. 2 tablespoons sugar
  4. 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  5. 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  6. 1 cup horseradish root, finely shredded
Directions:

In a bowl, combine vinegar, water, sugar, jalapeno pepper and white pepper. Mix well. Stir in the horseradish.

Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
