Tortilla Crusted Chicken with Sour Cream

Ingredients:

  1. 1-1/2 cups tortilla chips, crushed
  2. 1/4 cup flour
  3. 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  4. 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  6. 2 eggs, beaten
  7. 2 tablespoons milk
  8. 3 lbs. frying chicken, cut up
  9. sour cream
Directions:

In a shallow dish stir together crushed chips, flour, cumin, red pepper and salt.

In a small bowl, combine eggs and milk. Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture, then in tortilla mixture, turning to coat. Place chicken
pieces in a single layer in a 13x9 inch baking dish.

Bake at 375 F. for 45-55 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.

Serve with sour cream.
