Pear Parfaits

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
  2. 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  3. 2 cans (15 1/4 oz each) sliced pears, well drained
  4. 1 1/4 cups (18 squares) cinnamon graham crackers, finely crushed
Directions:

In a bowl, combine yogurt and powdered sugar. Place three to four pear slices each in four parfait glasses.

Top each with 2 Tablespoons cracker crumbs and 3 Tablespoons yogurt mixture. Repeat layers.

Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate until served.
