Coconut Macaroons

Yield:
4 dozen

Ingredients:

  1. 5-1/3 cups flaked coconut
  2. 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  3. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:

In a bowl, coconut, sweetened condensed milk and extract.

Drop 2-inches apart onto greased baking sheets.

Bake at 350 F. for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.

With a spatula dipped in water, immediately remove to wire racks to cool.
