Orange Cream Cheese Spread

Yield:
1 cup

Ingredients:

  1. 1 package (8 oz.) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  2. 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  3. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  4. 1 teaspoon orange zest
Directions:

In a bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract and orange zest. Beat all ingredients until smooth.

Spread over toast or crackers.

Store in refrigerator.
