Mock Caesar Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1/3 cup fat-free plain yogurt
  2. 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  3. 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar or cider vinegar
  4. 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  5. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  6. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  7. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  8. 6 cups torn romaine lettuce
  9. 1/2 cup salad croutons
  10. 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded
Directions:

In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and pepper.

In a salad bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, croutons and cheese. Drizzle with dressing. Toss to coat.
