Sausage Cornbread Dressing

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  2. 3 1/2 cups water
  3. 1 jar (7 ounce) sliced mushrooms, drained
  4. 2 packages (6 ounce) corn bread stuffing mix
Directions:

In a large skillet, brown the sausage; drain. Add water and mushrooms. Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat; add the stuffing mix. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
