Chili Cheese Toast

Yield:
3-6 servings

Ingredients:

  1. 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
  2. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  3. 6 slices French bread, toasted
  4. 6 slices Monterey Jack cheese
Directions:

In a bowl, combine the chilies and mayonnaise. Spread over each slice of bread. Top each with cheese slice. Broil 4-inches from heat for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
