Lemon Shrimp Ravioli Toss

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cups refrigerated cheese ravioli
  2. 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  3. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  4. 3/4 teaspoon snipped fresh basil
  5. 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  6. 1-1/3 cup cooked medium shrimp
  7. 3-4 fresh asparagus spears
  8. fresh lemon slices
Directions:

Cook ravioli according to package directions; drain.

In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Add lemon juice, basil and lemon peel. Add shrimp, asparagus and ravioli; toss to coat. Heat through for 2-4 minutes and serve with fresh lemon slices.
