Tortellini Tuna Salad

Yield:
Serves 4

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerated cheese filled tortellini
  2. 1/2 cup sliced fresh baby carrots
  3. 1 can (6 oz.) albacore tuna, drained and flaked
  4. 1/2 cup sliced celery
  5. 1/2 cup ranch dressing
Directions:

Cook tortellini to desired doneness as directed on package, adding carrots during last minute of cooking time. Drain; rinse with cold water; drain again.

In a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients. Add cooked tortellini and carrots; mix well. Serve at once, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
