Pesto Pasta

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pkg (8 oz) uncooked angel hair pasta
  2. 6 Tablespoons olive oil
  3. 2 pkgs (3 oz ea) cream cheese, cubed
  4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 16 fresh basil leaves
  6. 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
  7. 3 Tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
  8. 2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:

Cook pasta according to package directions.

For pesto, combine the oil, cream cheese, garlic and basil in a blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth. Drain the pasta and place in a serving bowl. Top with tomatoes and pesto; sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
