Pierogies with Italian Sausage and Peppers

Ingredients:

  1. 8 ounces Italian Sausage, cut into 1/2- inch pieces
  2. 2 cups green bell peppers, seeded and thinly sliced
  3. 1 package frozen pierogies
  4. 1 jar (28 ounce) pasta sauce
Directions:

In a large skillet cook sausage and peppers over medium heat until tender, about 3 minutes.

Add the pierogies and pasta sauce.

Cook, covered, over medium heat, until the sauce bubbles and pierogies are hot in the center, about 10 minutes.
