Glazed Apples and Sausage

Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds pork sausage links, prepared following package directions
  2. 2 large tart apples, peeled and sliced 1/4- inch thick
  3. 1 large onion, chopped
  4. 1/3 cup chicken broth or water
  5. 1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions:

In a large skillet, combine apples, onion, broth and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the sausage; heat through and serve.
