Easy Mock Swedish Meatballs

Yield:
approx 50 meatballs

Ingredients:

  1. 3 lbs. ground round
  2. 1 box Stove Top stuffing
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Cream of Chicken soup
Directions:

Mix ground round, Stove Top stuffing packets and egg in large mixing bowl. Shape into 1-inch size balls. Brown in skillet turning to brown all sides. Place in covered casserole and pour soup over meatballs. Bake at 350 F. for 10 to 15 minutes.
