Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip

Yield:
2 1/2 cups

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped
  2. 1 can (14 ounces) quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  3. 1/2 cup prepared Alfredo sauce
  4. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  5. 4 cloves garlic, minced
  6. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  7. 4 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
  8. sourdough or artisan bread, toasted and cut into wide strips
  9. assorted crackers
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

In a medium bowl, add spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, alfredo sauce, mayonnaise, Swiss cheese and pepper and stir together.

Spread into an 8 x 8 inch baking dish and bake for 35 minutes.

Serve while hot with toasted bread and assorted crackers.
