Roast Beef and Radish Spread

Yield:
2 1/2 cups

Ingredients:

  1. 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  2. 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  3. 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  4. 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  5. 3/4 pound cooked roast beef, finely chopped
  6. 1/2 cup finely chopped red radishes
  7. 3 finely chopped green onions
Directions:

Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish in a bowl. Beat with electric mixer until fluffy.

Fold in beef, radishes and onions. Chill to blend flavors.

Spread on toasted crusty bread or with crispy bagel chips.
