Marmalade-Broiled Grapefruit

Ingredients:

  1. 2 medium grapefruit, halved crosswise
  2. 1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon low-sugar orange marmalade
  3. 1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Directions:

Remove seeds and loosen sections of grapefruit halves. Combine marmalade and sugar; brush mixture over cut surfaces of grapefruit.

Broil grapefruit 5 minutes or until topping is hot and bubbly.
