Herbed Corn

Yield:
10-12 servings

Ingredients:

  1. 12 cups frozen corn
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 1/2 cup butter
  4. 2 tablespoons minced parsley
  5. 2 teaspoons salt
  6. 1 teaspoon dill weed
  7. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  9. 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Directions:

In a large saucepan, combine corn and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 4-6 minutes or until corn is tender. Drain; stir in the remaining ingredients. Serve hot.
