Crispy Chocolate Cups

Yield:
about 3 dozen

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  2. 2 cups butterscotch chips
  3. 1 1/3 cups crushed ridged potato chips
  4. 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
Directions:

In a heavy saucepan, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips over low heat until blended and smooth, stirring constantly. Stir in potato chips and peanuts. Drop by tablespoons into foil candy cups. Cool completely.
