Fiesta Ribeye Steaks

Ingredients:

  1. 4 ribeye steaks (1/2 lb each)
  2. 2 Tablespoons lime juice
  3. 1/2 cup (2 oz) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  4. 8 flour tortillas, warmed
  5. 1 cup prepared salsa
Directions:

Sprinkle steaks with lime juice. Place steaks on grill over medium heat. Grill, uncovered, 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally. Top steaks with cheese. Serve with tortillas and salsa.
