Slow Cooker Chicken in Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  2. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  3. 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  4. 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  5. 6 bone-in chicken breast halves, skin removed
  6. 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  7. 1 cup (8 ounce) sour cream
  8. 1/4 cup chicken broth or dry white wine or chicken broth
  9. 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
Directions:

Combine salt, pepper, paprika and lemon pepper seasoning; rub over chicken. Place in a slow cooker.

In a bowl, combine the soup, sour cream and broth (or wine); stir in mushrooms. Pour over chicken.

Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours or until chicken juices run clear. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch or flour (dissolved in water), if desired.
