Peppered Chef's Prime

Ingredients:

  1. 2-4 lb. boneless pork rib-end roast
  2. 1-2 tablespoons garlic pepper
  3. 1-2 teaspoons rosemary, crushed
Directions:

Cut roast with seasoning mixture of garlic pepper and rosemary.

Roast in a shallow pan at 325 degrees F. for 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours, until meat thermometer registers 155 degrees F. Let roast rest 5-10 minutes before carving.
