Dijon Orange Chops

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pound boneless pork loin chops, 3/4- inch thick
  2. Lemon-pepper OR seasoned salt
  3. 1 teaspoon olive oil
  4. 1/3 cup orange juice
  5. 1 1/2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  6. 1 Tablespoon honey
  7. 2 teaspoons cornstarch
Directions:

Sprinkle surface of chops with lemon pepper or seasoned salt.

Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chops, about 3 minutes per side.

Combine orange juice, mustard honey and cornstarch; pour mixture over chops.

Cover, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.

Remove chops to serving platter.
