America's Cut Mexicali

Ingredients:

  1. 4 America's Cut (1-1/2-inch thick boneless center loin pork chops)
  2. 4 ounces canned green chilies, chopped
  3. 2 teaspoons oregano
  4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  6. 4 tablespoons cider vinegar
  7. 2 teaspoons oil
Directions:

In blender container, place chilies, oregano, garlic, cumin and vinegar. Puree until smooth. Marinate chops in mixture 4-24 hours, refrigerated.

Heat oil in heavy skillet. Remove chops from marinade, pat dry and panbroil 7-8 minutes on each side.
