Marinated Steak

Yield:
Serves 6

Transform any steak into a tender and flavorful delicacy

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 lbs flank steak
  2. 1/2 cup cooking sherry
  3. 1/2 cup soy sauce
  4. 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  5. 1 clove garlic, minced
  6. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  7. 1 1/2 lbs OR London broil
  8. 1 1/2 lbs OR chuck steak
  9. 1 1/2 lbs OR strip steak
Directions:

Score steak in criss-cross pattern on both sides.

Combine remaining ingredients in shallow dish. Marinate steak covered, for several hours or overnight. Turn occasionally.

Grill or broil until cooked as desired.
