Praline-Topped Brie

Yield:
10-12 servings

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pkg. (13-15 oz.) Brie or Camembert cheese
  2. 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  3. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  4. 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  5. toasted baguette slices and/or assorted plain crackers
Directions:

Heat oven to 350 F.

Place round of cheese in a shallow ovenproof serving dish or pie plate. Stir together orange marmalade and brown sugar. Spread over top of cheese. Sprinkle with pecans.

Bake a 13-oz. cheese for 15 minutes. Bake a 15-oz. cheese for 20 minutes or till cheese has softened slightly and topping is bubbly.

Serve with toasted baguette slices and/or assorted crackers.
