Avocado Mango Salsa

Yield:
4 cups

Ingredients:

  1. 4 large ripe mangoes, diced
  2. 7 green onions, chopped
  3. 2 large avocados, peeled and diced
  4. 1 red bell pepper, diced
  5. 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  6. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  7. 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  8. 2 tablespoons honey
  9. 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Chill 1 hour.

Serve with tortilla chips or spoon over grilled seafood or chicken.
