Jack's Purple Pork Paint

Yield:
Makes 3/4 cup glaze

A Minnesota tailgating marinade

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  2. 1/2 cup coarse-grained mustard
  3. 1/4 cup Jack Daniel's Old No. 7
  4. 1 ham, 6 - 8 lbs.
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Spread on ham during the last 30 minutes of baking.
