Raspberry Sorbet

Yield:
6 servings

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cup plus 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  2. 3 3/4 cups unsweetened raspberries
  3. 3 1/4 cups confectioners sugar
Directions:

In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into six dessert dishes. Cover and freeze for 1 hour or until set. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
