Perfect Tuna Salad for Two

Yield:
Makes about 2 servings

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  2. 2 tablespoons sour cream (or use plain yogurt or buttermilk)
  3. 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
  4. 1/2-1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard (optional)
  5. Salt to taste
  6. freshly ground pepper to taste
  7. 1 can (6-oz.) tuna (preferably packed in water), drained and flaked
Directions:

In a medium bowl, using a fork, stir together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard (if using) and salt and pepper to taste. Blend until completely smooth.

Place the tuna in a bowl. Add dressing to taste and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Add herbs, spices or other flavorings as desired.
