Banana Split Smoothie

Great tasting after your morning workout

Ingredients:

  1. 1 package (10 oz.) firm tofu
  2. 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  3. 1 large or 2 small ripe bananas
  4. 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender. Whip until smooth. Serve very cold.
