Ham and Cheese Bagel

Ingredients:

  1. 4 bagels, split and toasted
  2. 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  3. 4 slices (6 ounce) deli sliced ham
  4. 4 slices cheese - your favorite flavor
  5. 1 medium green pepper, thinly sliced
  6. 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Directions:

Spread bottom halves of split and toasted bagels with mayonnaise.

Layer with ham, cheese, green pepper and onion slices and top halves of bagel.

Hot Variation:
Place sandwiches on cookie sheet; cover with foil. Bake at 400 degrees F for 11 to 13 minutes or until cheese is melted.
