Bistro Chicken Pasta Salad

Yield:
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups cooked penne pasta
  2. 1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
  3. 1 pkg. (4 oz.) crumbled feta cheese
  4. 1/2 cup prepared Italian salad dressing
  5. 1/3 cup lightly packed fresh basil leaves, cut into strips
  6. 1/4 cup chopped red onions
  7. 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (not oil packed)
  8. 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, grilled OR broiled, cut into slices
Directions:

Toss together all ingredients except chicken. Top pasta mixture with chicken. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
