Black Bean Dip

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup black beans, cooked and drained
  2. 1/3 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
  3. 1 tablespoon salsa verde (prepared green salsa)
  4. Salt and Pepper for taste
  5. Tortilla chips
Directions:

In food processor fitted with metal blade or blender, combine black beans, plain yogurt or sour cream and salsa verde. Process until pureed; taste and add salt or pepper as needed. Serve with tortilla chips.
