Yield:

Beat egg whites with electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Add vanilla; mix well. Add sugar gradually; beat well after each addition. Beat until stiff and glossy. Fold in coconut and flour; mix well. Drop from teaspoon onto buttered and floured cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 325 F. oven 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
