Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cup salad vinegar
  2. 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  3. 1 clove garlic, minced
  4. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  7. 1 small bunch Romaine, torn
  8. 3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
  9. 1 cup croutons
  10. 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Directions:

In a small bowl, combine vinegar, oil, garlic, pepper, salt and dill weed; mix well.

Place romaine in a large bowl; top with the eggs, croutons and blue cheese. Add dressing and toss. Serve immediately.
