Southwestern Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 2 1/2 cups corn chips
  2. 1/2 head lettuce, torn
  3. 4 ounces (1 cup) shredded Mexican blend cheese
  4. 1 can (15 ounces) pinto beans, drained
  5. 1 small tomato, seeded and diced
  6. 1/2 cup salad dressing of your choice
  7. 2 Tablespoons sliced green onion
  8. 2 Tablespoons chopped green chilies
Directions:

In a serving bowl, toss chips, lettuce, cheese, beans, tomato, salad dressing, onions and chilies. Serve immediately.
