Layered Garden Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups broccoli florets
  2. 2 cups cauliflower florets
  3. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  4. 1 cup sliced carrots
  5. 1/2 cup Italian dressing
Directions:

In large glass bowl, layer broccoli, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes and carrots. Pour dressing evenly over all. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
