Marinated Tomatoes

Yield:
6 - 8 servings

Ingredients:

  1. 4 medium tomatoes, sliced
  2. 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  3. 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
  4. 1 tablespoon vinegar
  5. 1 teaspoon sugar
Directions:

Place tomatoes in a shallow serving dish. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour over tomatoes and cover. Refrigerate for several hours before serving to blend flavors.
