Slow Cooker Porcupine Meat Loaf

Ingredients:

  1. 1 can (10.75 ounce) cream of tomato soup
  2. 1/2 cup salsa
  3. 1/4 cup water
  4. 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  5. 1/2 cup uncooked instant white rice
  6. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  7. 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  8. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  9. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  10. 1 clove garlic, minced
  11. 1 egg, beaten
Directions:

In a small bowl, combine tomato soup, salsa and water; mix well.

In large bowl, combine ground beef, rice, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic, egg and 1/2 cup of the tomato soup mixture; mix well. Shape into loaf.

Carefully place meatloaf into bottom of 3 to 4 quart slow cooker. Pour remaining soup mixture over top. Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours.
