Chicken Baja

Ingredients:

  1. 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  2. 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  3. 1 Tablespoons olive oil
  4. 1 Tablespoon tarragon vinegar
  5. 2/3 cup dry sherry
  6. Seasoning salt to taste
  7. Pepper to taste
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Sprinkle chicken with seasoning salt and pepper. Warm oil and vinegar in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute chicken pieces one minute per side and remove from heat.

Place chicken in a large baking dish and pour sherry over each piece. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
