Cheesy Spinach Dip

A low fat recipe

Ingredients:

  1. 16 oz. Velveeta Light Processed cheese loaf, cut up
  2. 1 can (14 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
  3. 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  4. 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions:

Microwave Velveeta for about 5 minutes, or until melted, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave on HIGH or until heated through. Serve with hot breadsticks or tortilla chips.
