Broccoli Dip in Bread Bowl

Yield:
3 1/4 cups

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
  2. 1 cup sour cream
  3. 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
  4. 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  5. 1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  6. 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  7. 1 loaf (16 oz.) round sourdough bread
Directions:

Mix Miracle Whip, sour cream and salad dressing mix until well blended. Add broccoli, water chestnuts and red pepper; mix well. Refrigerate. Cut slice from top of bread loaf; remove center, leaving 1-inch thick shell. Cut removed bread into bite-size pieces. Spoon dip into bread loaf just before serving. Serve with bread pieces.
