Cheddar Beer Dip

Yield:
2 1/2 cups

Ingredients:

  1. 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  2. 1/2 cup beer
  3. 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  4. Pretzels for dipping
Directions:

Beat cream cheese in medium bowl until smooth; gradually blend in beer.

Add shredded cheese, beating until well blended. Refrigerate until serving time.

Serve with pretzels.
